SKEW PUT
Fabrication process of a replacement skew put.
A skew put is the masonry unit situated at the bottom of the peak of a gable end. Its function is to carry the thrust of the skew stones which create a seal between the wall head and the end of the roof slates. They will either run up to the apex of the roof or chimney tabling.
